Unusual chair from Nagaland, handcarved in high relief. Seat and 2 right legs seperate pieces of wood, rest one piece. Very heavy. Probably made from old liqour vat. Showing two hunters carrying spears annd daos, a mithun head and female breasts (all signifying fertility), a tiger and human heads signifying headhunting. Two snakes are carved along the top.
